"When a complaint comes in on a suspected drug house, it may initially appear as though nothing is happening. I can assure the public, however, that our Vice and Narcotics detectives are constantly investigating the tips they receive," Sheriff Al Neinhuis said in Wednesday's release. "They are either preparing for the next search warrant, in the middle of conducting one or wrapping up the paperwork on a recently completed investigation. When someone decides to sell illegal drugs in a Hernando County neighborhood, it is only a matter of time before they receive a surprise visit from my deputies."
