The King and I comes to town

The King and I comes to town

The Carrollwood Cultural Center presents the Rogers & Hammerstein classic musical, The King and I.

This production will include talent from the Center's Broadway Kids, the Center's Community Chorus and Band, as well as the newly formed MAS Community Theatre.

East versus West makes for a dramatic, richly textured and ultimately uplifting tale of enormous fascination.

It is 1862 in Siam when an English widow, Anna Leonowens, and her young son arrive at the Royal Palace in Bangkok, having been summoned by the King to serve as tutor to his many children and wives.

Local South Tampa resident recording artist "Phantom's" debut single from Affluent Records titled "Freedom" was officially released on July 4 featuring Kenya.

This song is about every ones rights to Freedom.  It is the perfect message for these turbulent times we live in when we are all at risk of losing the one thing our country was founded on "Freedom."

Phantom hopes this song will open eyes and get people to unite and take a stand!

Have you ever said, "They just don't make music like they used to"? It is so true, however recording artist "Phantom" is determined to bring back that "feel good music".

His songs are filled with conscious lyrical content, songs that will make you feel good with melodic melodies and other songs that will inspire you to be a better person.
Hip-hop today mainly talks about women, money and material possessions.
