Hey teens, you can learn to make your own costume this Halloween!

Carrollwood, Florida - The Jimmie B Keel Regional Library will host a workshop for teens looking to create their own costumes.

The event will be held on Thursday, October 24 at 6:00 p.m.

Teens can learn tricks to create quick and easy costumes, just in time for Halloween.  Refreshments will be served.

The Jimmie B. Keel Regional Library is located at 2902 West Bearss Avenue in Carrollwood.

Streetcar Fest offers cheap rides and entertainment

Tampa, Florida-- If you would like to experience the TECO Streetcar, you get a two bit ride starting at 10 a.m. Saturday October 12th.

The Streetcar system is celebrating Streetcar Fest all day with 25 cent rides, live music and entertainment and tours of the streetcar facility.

You can catch the Streetcar at 11 stops between downtown Tampa and Ybor City. The main station is across from the Convention Center and just West of the St. Pete Times Forum in Downtown Tampa.

Story Time for Toddlers in Town N Country

Town 'N Country, Florida - The Town 'N Country Regional Library will host Story Time for Toddlers on October 8. 

The program is geared for children 3 to 5 and their caregivers.

Children will hear stories, action rhymes, songs and interactive activities in a 30-minute program that highlights early literacy skills and encourages reading readiness and social interaction.

Story Time begins at 11: 15 a.m.

Learn which devices can download the library's free eBooks and how to load eBooks onto various types of eReaders.  Discover the lobrary's large selection of eBooks in various formats.

The class starts at 7:00 p.m.
