Tampa, FL -- Some of the youngest patients and kids visiting patients at Tampa General Hospital will have a new place to play.

The fenced-in playground at TGH has slides and other equipment under shade trees right outside the Pediatric Clinic and Genesis Building.

TGH officials say the hospital treats about 900 kids a month so the waiting rooms can be very busy. The new park will give kids a chance to have a little fun while they're waiting with family members.

The 13 Ugly Men Foundation raised $18,000 to help pay for the park.
