Burned body believed to be missing 20-year-old | News
SEBRING, Fla.- Detectives believe they've discovered the burned body of a man reported missing who was last seen at a party early Sunday morning.
The Highlands County Sheriff's Office says the remains are believed to be those of 20-year-old Aaron Doty although an official identification has not been made.
Doty was last seen around 4:30 Sunday morning at a party at 5504 Granada Boulevard in the Sun 'N Lakes Subdivision. Witnesses reported he was last seen with his shirt off involved in a fight.
A missing person's alert was issued Monday morning before Doty's burned body was found on the north end of the subdivision not far from where the party was held.
Detectives have received arrest warrants for two men wanted in connection with the case.
Kenneth Felipe, Jr., 19, and Jonathan Ray Rodriguez, 22, are both wanted on charges of second degree murder, abuse of a dead human body and tampering with physical evidence.
Detectives are searching for additional witnesses.
