WWE wrestler arrested in Tampa for DUI | News
Tampa, Florida -- A wrestler with the WWE was arrested in the early morning hours Thursday for DUI charges.
Tampa Police say Jonathan Fatu, who goes by the professional name Jimmy Uso, was seen driving the wrong way on Howard Avenue shortly before 3 a.m.
According to Fatu's arrest report, he was observed slurring his speech and had glassy, bloodshot eyes and the odor of alcohol on his breath. The report also states he showed multiple signs of impairment during the field sobriety test.
Fatu was arrested and charged with one count of driving under the influence with a BAC over 0.15.
The wrestling star lives in Tampa. Jimmy Uso is currently part of a tag team with his brother, Jay, and is from a long tradition of famous Anoa'i family of Samoan wrestlers. The twins are sons of legendary wrestler Rikishi, and also share great uncles who worked as the tag team "the Wild Samonans" for many years.
